Is there a consultation fee?
We do not charge a consultation fee.
Is this a monthly subscription?
We offer tirzepatide as a monthly subscription due to the fact that dosage changes are only recommended every 4 weeks. Semaglutide is sold as per vial, as dosage changes (especially when beginning the medication) are recommended as often as every 2 weeks.
Why tirzepatide vs semaglutide?
Tirzepatide has been proven to be a stronger medication resulting in an overall higher percentage of weight loss. However, many of our patients have had amazing results with semaglutide. It really depends on your personal weight loss goals. Feel free to message us with any questions!
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely, just text or email us and we will get your subscription cancelled!
Can I return the medication?
Since you will be receiving medication specifically compounded for you by a pharmacy, it can’t be returned.
Can I start on the current dosage that I am taking through another provider?
Absolutely! If you would like to start on 7.5 mg or higher of tirzepatide, we will ask that you send proof of your previous prescription.
How do I cancel or change my order selection?
Upon your prescription being issued and sent to the pharmacy, your order cannot be changed. We will make every effort possible to cancel the order with the pharmacy, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
If your order can be canceled, a $100 nonrefundable clinical fee will be withheld from your refund.
How long until I receive my order?
Once we place your order, the pharmacy’s turnaround time is anywhere from 3-10 business days. Once your order ships, it will ship overnight via FedEx or UPS. We will send you tracking information once we receive it from the pharmacy.
How do I request a refill?
We will contact you when you are due for a refill, you can let us know then if you would like to change the dosage or stay the same.
Do you take insurance?
We currently do not take insurance.
